Our Referral Policy
Georgia Bar Rules provide for referral fees under particular circumstances. If you are an attorney and you are interested in referring a case to our law firm, please fill out the form to the left and someone will be back in touch with you shortly. Referring personal injury/tort cases can serve as an additional revenue for a lawyer who, for a variety of reasons, either cannot or chooses not to take on represenation in a particular case. Our referral fees depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the magnitude of the case, your desire to work intimately on the case, and the financial investment you choose to place in the matter.
The Georgia Bar prohibits a lawyer from sharing a fee with a non-lawyer.
